Duvet sets for toddler beds??

I'm getting a toddler bed for my daughter. I can get the duvets, pillows and the protectors for them. but i cant seem to get hold of duvet sets in that size. I've looked in mothercare, argos, babies r us. I can only find single duvet sets!! You'd think they would make them easy to find since they sell toddler beds and duvets!!!!! The size i need is approx (L) 149cm (W) 72cm. The average single duvets are (L) 200cm (W) 96cm PLEASE HELP!! Thanks x
