How do we kno if someone has the Swine flu?

We just got back from Branson, MO and my mom became sick around noon on tuesday and puked alot but she thought it was just food poisoning from tacco bell or somthing but shes still sick today(thursday) and shes been having dierria and she thinks she probably has the flu now. so how should we know if its the swine flu or not or what should we do? is there a good hotline?
