Which is the worst Airlines you ever been on and why?

Well ,I think its Delta Airlines ,because my Husband had a flight this morning to go to a Air Force Conferance in Georgia and they lost his baggage ,after a few hours ,they found out his baggage was still back in Indiana,How dum can Delta be?
