My daughter owns a house in a terraced row with a right of way which is being obstructed.?

Not sure how he is obstructing your Daughters access? Most terrace housing has a right of way to the back of a path width (around 3 foot/ 900mm). 2 foot does seem a bit narrow, but the right of way across his property is not being obstructed. Please post your objection or a little more info on the obstruction to her property. Thanks.
