Why/what are famous ppl liked for. Is it the personality/profile or the money?

I just like to know why so many women fawn over famous ppl.Sometimes I just think these actors or whatever are just normal ppl yet in fantastical jobs. Yet the allure to these ppl seem Immense. Take for example formula one boss Bernie Ecclestone not content with an ex model as a wife is "dating" a young 30 something pr girl. Yet this women left a relationship - which admittedly was maybe not brilliant- for a guy in his 80s.Would Bernie Ecclestone really have a young lady in tow if he was a pensioner living of 200� a week? same goes for David Beckham, Bradd Pit, Daniel Craig ,Madonna Angelina Jolie and so on. Is it their looks or there profile that makes ppl throw caution to the wind and scream and shout and throw underwear at pop stars at a concert? Incidentally why do these young girls scream so much at concerts when thier idols appear on stage. Its as if there bowing to a god - a false one at that.......Barrels of laughs me - its the psychology Im after. Jealousy doesn't come into it for me. I don't have mi every move scrutinised.
