Ford Explorer Engine Sludge Issues?

I have saved and engine like this just not that engine..I poured in a quart of trans fluid let it idle in the driveway for about ten minutes pulled the drain plug replace the filter poured in cheap oil new filter and another quart of trans fluid ran again for ten minutes pulled the plug replaced the filter with a fram tough guard (the silver box) oil filter and mobil clean 5000 which is a high detergent oil. thats what i use every oil change and you will notice after about two or three changes at 3k miles it gets to be cleaner oil every time you change it.
