How can gender identity and gender expression be unrelated?

Not sure I can do more here then Clones did. But just a little touch. I know straight men who are into ballet, like soft colors, and act and dress very effeminate. Then I know straight men who are tattoo covered ride motorcycles and lump iron beams to the top of buildings to weld them. I know straight women who are elitist debutant's, always in dress pinkie in the air. I know straight women who are tattoo covered and will help that guy weld that iron beam. With as much diversity as there is in women and men, why is it everyone umes trans men and women have this strict guideline they need to fall into to be clified as trans men and women. A certain way they should act, feel or dress. There is no right or wrong here. I decided after transition to stay in the field of auto mechanics for financial reasons. I rebuild transmissions and one of the highest paying in the automotive field. Although the " building " gets old, its a dirty messy job but what I do best. I still enjoy riding dirt bikes, I still enjoy playing guitar and working with wood. I don't like pink, or frilly lace. I wear make up and do my hair two days a week, other then that, its in a pony tail. Im not, and never was a fru fru girly girl. None of this makes me less of a woman, it just makes me me.
