I personally would get a second opinion on your dog to see if there is anything else you can be doing for it. I would go buy some chicken thighs from the store, boil them and add brown rice. Hopefully by feeding her this with the broth can not only get her something in her stomach but also some fluids in systems. I heard that pedialyte can also help with dogs that are dehydrated.
