What are some issues in the world that i could do a seminar on?

Do a seminar on what careers/jobs will be left for 300,150,000 people once everything has been outsourced, hollowed out and automated. If you flow chart all the careers in the US that can be sourced out, automated or hollowed out you'll find that very few will remain and that we will end up in a welfare socialist state in the not too distant future. There will only be jobs for about one fourth of the population.
