Can my husband go to the courthouse to ber served? This is a divorce in Texas?

I filed for divorce about 2 months ago in Texas. I did it without an attorney. In addition to the filing fees, I paid to have him served by the Sheriff or Constable. It turns out that he no longer lived at that address. I know his address now but I cant afford to pay the Constable again to have him served ,the court said I would have to repay. He knows about the divorce and agrees to it and he wants to know if he can just go to the courthouse himself and they give him the papers there. I didnt know what to tell him becuse I have no clue. Do you think they will serve him at the courthouse?
