Help needed with aggressive possably pregg rabbit?

about 30 days ago, i rescued a 8 month female lop rabbit, she had been kept in a small hutch with four other females and one male, she had small marks on her where they had been fighting and non of them was ever let out of the hutch or handled they where just bred over and over, she now has the run of the house as well as the garden to play in, however she runs of when ever anyone is near her and hides, also she will growl and go to bite even though she has never actually bitten me, at one point she was letting me pet her but now she wont. 3 weeks ago she pulled out some fur bit not done any since, so dose any one have any ideas on how to handle her aggression also any ways to confirm if she is pregnant or not? thanks
