Missed period, no . pregnancy?!?

im onnly 16 and i was supposed to get my period today and i havent. im a virgin and have been with my boyfriend for a year. we have not had but we have oral and manual () often. this month we have alot actually, but his fingers are always dry and his never touches my.... the worst i could think of that weve done was we were going to have but we didnt. but we stopped before he went in me and he was like a foot away from my and private. i also give him oral sometimes in a thong but he always cu** on his stomach and usually a little gets on my hand but i wipe it on his stomach then run to the bathroom. im so scared that i am pregnant! p.s. also like two weeks? ago he had gotten pre- in his boxers and he also had bball shorts on and he touched the SHORTS then fingered me. he said the shorts were dry and the wetness of the boxers didnt go through. is that any chance? im so scared right now my period has been exactly 28 days ever since i could remember. and my are sore and i have had cramping for a few days. help<3
